Mission Statement

We continually strive to efficiently plan, organize, coordinate and direct the County's comprehensive, centralized Human Resources and Risk Management Programs. These programs help promote a healthy, positive, productive and safe work environment.

We strive to provide our County Departments with a highly qualified and trained staff that is diverse in nature, appropriately classified and equitably compensated. We seek to assist all County Employees and the General Public in a professional and timely manner.
