Wellness Program

County of Imperial is Developing a culture of WELLNESS and PREVENTION through education and activities that reward healthy behavior, promote a healthy lifestyle and improve the quality of life of our employees. The County Wellness Program is designed to support you in developing healthy habits for a lifetime. Whether you want to learn how to better care for yourself, have more energy, balance your weight, manage stress or improve your diet, there are a variety of free tools and resources to help

you make wellness a part of your everyday life.

  • Employee has to be a regular full time employee
  • Activities for Wellness hour should only be during employee’s regular working hours
  • Employees should clock in and out when using the Wellness Hour
  • Duration times of Wellness Hour usage can be in intervals of 15, 30, or 60 minutes
  • Supervisor’s approval required (Form may also be required)
  • Employee’s track their Wellness points on their Wellness Tracker throughout the calendar year
  • Submit your signed Wellness Tracker at the beginning of following year prior to deadline
